Overview & Commitment

The Answer AI, operating as mediaXtreme LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use TITILISA ("Platform" or "Service") at titilisa.com.

We believe in privacy by design. Our architecture is built to collect only what is operationally necessary, store the minimum required to deliver the Service, and be transparent about every processing activity that involves your personal data.

Our Privacy Standard. TITILISA adheres to a cookieless-by-default, data-minimization-first approach. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.

Data We Collect

We collect data in three categories: data you provide directly, data generated by your use of the Platform, and data received from third-party services you connect.

Section 03

Voice DNA & AI Training Disclosure

TITILISA's core feature — Voice DNA — creates a personalised linguistic profile from your writing style, content preferences, vocabulary, and tone. This profile is used exclusively to generate content that sounds authentically like you.

Clear Commitment. Your Voice DNA profile is NOT used to train global AI models, fine-tune shared language models, or contribute to any pooled training dataset — unless you explicitly opt in to our voluntary Voice DNA Research Programme.
  • Default Behaviour (Opt-Out): By default, your Voice DNA profile remains private to your account. It is processed by our inference engine to generate your content and is not shared across accounts or used to improve the underlying models for other users.
  • Opt-In Research Programme: We may invite users to voluntarily contribute anonymised linguistic patterns to improve TITILISA's content quality for all users. Participation is entirely optional, clearly disclosed at the point of invitation, and reversible at any time. Opting in has no bearing on your subscription pricing or feature access.
  • Raw Audio / Video: TITILISA does not require or store raw audio recordings or raw video files for Voice DNA generation. The profile is derived from text-based inputs and structured metadata only.
  • Profile Deletion: You may request full deletion of your Voice DNA profile at any time via account settings. Deletion is irreversible and will reset your content personalisation.

Section 04

Data Minimization

We apply the principle of data minimization rigorously throughout the Platform. This means we collect, process, and store only what is strictly necessary to deliver the Service.

Vectors, Not Files. When building your Voice DNA profile, TITILISA stores only the derived linguistic vectors — the mathematical representation of your style — not the raw input files you submitted. Raw content submitted for analysis is discarded upon vector extraction.
  • We do not store the full text of all social media posts made on your behalf beyond the operational window required to confirm delivery and log the action.
  • OAuth tokens for connected social accounts are stored encrypted and scoped to the minimum permissions required for posting operations.
  • We do not collect precise geolocation data. We may log country-level location for compliance purposes based on your IP address.
  • We do not build advertising profiles or infer demographic attributes beyond what is necessary for service delivery.
  • Usage logs are retained for fraud detection and billing integrity, then automatically purged on a rolling 90-day cycle.

Section 05

Automated Decision-Making (ADMT)

TITILISA is, by its nature, an AI-driven platform. This means that automated systems — rather than human review — drive several core processing activities. We disclose these clearly in compliance with applicable privacy regulations including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended, and similar global frameworks.

AI Transparency Disclosure. TITILISA uses automated AI systems to make content scheduling and distribution decisions on your behalf. These decisions are not subject to individual human review on a per-post basis.

Automated systems are used for the following purposes:

  • Content Distribution Timing: AI analyses historical engagement patterns for your connected accounts and determines the optimal time to publish posts across platforms. These decisions are made algorithmically without real-time human intervention.
  • Content Personalisation: AI models process your Voice DNA profile to generate captions, hashtag sets, and content variations. The selection and prioritisation of these outputs is automated.
  • Posting Frequency Optimisation: Automated systems determine posting cadence recommendations based on platform-specific engagement signals.
  • Account Risk Scoring: Automated systems monitor for unusual activity patterns that may indicate account compromise or Terms of Service violations. Flagged accounts may be subject to automated temporary holds pending human review.

You have the right to request human review of any automated decision that produces a significant effect on you, such as account suspension. To exercise this right, contact legal@titilisa.com.


Section 06

Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the specific third-party service providers required to deliver the Platform's functionality, and only the minimum data necessary for each integration.

Each third-party partner is bound by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) committing them to process your data solely for the specified purpose and in accordance with applicable law. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics networks.

We may disclose personal data to law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law, a valid court order, or to protect the safety of users or the public.


Section 07

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

  • Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active subscription.
  • Voice DNA Profiles: Retained until you delete them or close your account, whichever is earlier.
  • Billing Records: Retained for 7 years to comply with financial and tax regulations.
  • Usage Logs: Retained on a rolling 90-day cycle.
  • Post Delivery Logs: Retained for 30 days after the posting event.
  • Closed Account Data: Deleted within 90 days of account closure, subject to legal hold obligations.

Section 08

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data. We honour these rights for all users regardless of location:

  • Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Right to Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to Object: Object to processing of your data for specific purposes, including automated decision-making.
  • Right to Opt Out of Training: Withdraw consent for Voice DNA Research Programme participation at any time.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: Exercising any privacy right will not result in degraded service quality, price increases, or loss of features.

Section 09

Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

  • AES-256 encryption at rest for stored data.
  • TLS 1.3 encryption in transit for all data transfers.
  • OAuth tokens encrypted and stored separately from account data.
  • Access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.
  • Regular security audits and penetration testing.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that poses risk to your rights, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.


Section 10

Children's Privacy

TITILISA is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided personal data, we will delete that data promptly. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us at legal@titilisa.com.


Section 11

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes include alterations to what data we collect, how we use it, or who we share it with. Continued use of the Platform after the revised effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
